By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
License
Lagus Event & Consulting and Guestbooc App application grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If used for commercial purposes or personal use, you are bound to these terms and conditions and are also bound for future changes in the license agreement.
What we do with your information
We will use your information to:
deliver our newsletter to you, send notifications, and to send you information about the Services that we offer and other related topics;
monitor, develop and improve the Services and/or your experience. This may in the future include personalising the advertising and content you see, based on the details given by you and/or your activity on the Services;
assist in and administer the provision of Services to you, including the transmission to the current or emergency services of location;
process and deal with any complaints or enquiries made by or about you;
investigate any suspected breach of the Terms of Use or the breach of other terms and conditions otherwise relating to you;
to contact you with Service messages. By way of example only, if any of the Services for which you have registered is no longer available, we may contact you to let you know that it has closed and inform you of any similar services offered by us and/or a third party partner on our behalf;
collect feedback from you that will be used to improve our Website, App and Services.
to monitor compliance with the Terms of Use or other applicable terms and conditions including by way of (i) checking postings or submissions in connection with your use of the Services, (ii) retaining forum or chat room exchanges, and (iii) using keyword triggers or picture analyzation to investigate usage that may be inappropriate; and/or
where you are a prize winner, to administer the prize and to publish or otherwise make available a list of prize winners.
We compile statistics about user trends on our Firebase and App, which are used by third party organisations (currently Fireabase as a backend) to understand how users interact with businesses, brands and one another online and to advise about these things. These statistics are drawn from a dataset which does not contain any information from which you can be identified, except those you give to us in the app.
Information we collect from you
We will collect and process the following information about you:
Information you give us – this is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Website, our App or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you sign up to a subscription through the Website or App. We only request from you the minimum data required for you to use our service.
To sign up to our Services we will ask you for your App curdentials, Google crudentials, email, your full name, date of birth and your city. You may also want to upload a profile picture to supplement your account information too.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a) license, sell, copy, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Content and Responsibility
Guestbooc App application or Martin Lagus Lagus Event & Consulting do not take responsibility for any content posted that will extent possible violation of the applicable law. The end user takes full responsible of media used in Guestbooc App application. Any media that violated applicable law, or Guestbooc App policies will lead to immediate termination of licenses bound to the user and user accounts, without prior notice from Guestbooc App org. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop. The end user takes full responsibility of the media used, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions also agree to possible legal actions initiated by Guestbooc App and other legal institutions. The uploaded media is owned by the user that has created a profile. Guestbooc App organisation Lagus Event & Consulting can at any time for any reason take ownership of any user profile data created in Guestbooc App and thereby own all of the media content. If an user inside Guestbooc App is licensed and ownership is stated in a contact separated from this Privacy Policy, then the media ownership is specified in the contract. The ownership of an Guestbooc App profile, the users informatio and pictures, can be transferred to the Guestbooc App organisation at any time by any reason. The reason or time when an profile inside Guestbooc App is beeing transferred ownership to Guestbooc App organisation, this does not need to be communicated to the user or the organisation that has uploaded the media, hence the transfer of ownership to Guestbooc App organisation can be done at any time, with any reason, without any warning.
Modifications to Application
Guestbooc App reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to any commercial, non commercial user or possible third party vendors associated to the app.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by the user or Guestbooc App AB. Guestbooc App may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement and the users licenses bound to Guestbooc App application with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Guestbooc App Lagus Event & Consulting, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. The user may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop. If a user imply any kind of illegal usage including media or other aspects in or of the application, that the users is ruling under by the citizenships applicable law, then the user is by automation and immediately when such illegal actions are made, disconnected from Guestbooc App app and organisation, and is suspended without Guestbooc App organisation needs to notice the user or manually service the illegal violation. In short, if the user is breaking the law that the user is connected to by citizenship, in or of the Guestbooc App application, then the user is suspended immediately from all usage of Guestbooc App application.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Your Rights
You have the right to find out about what information we hold about you. You can exercise that right by contacting us and we will send you any request for information in a suitable electronic form within 20 working days. To make a request for information please contact martin@gustbooc.com and a member of our team will be in touch.
If your personal data is incorrect then you have the right to rectify this information and ensure that it is accurate and up to date. If your data is incorrect then please contact us at the email address above and a member of the team will rectify this on your behalf.
You have the right ‘to be forgotten’ and to have your personal identifiable information permanently deleted from our systems. Again, if you would like to exercise this right then please contact us at martin@guestbooc.com
There will be no charge made for reasonable electronic access to your information, your right to rectification or for your right to be forgotten from our systems.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on this page. The new terms may be displayed on-screen and you may be required to read and accept them to continue your use of our Website and App.
Amendments to this Agreement
Guestbooc App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
